Zomato’s board is undergoing a major transformation as it rebrands to Eternal Ltd. Marking a significant milestone in its growth strategy.
The board of directors has approved the name change, reflecting the company’s expansion beyond its core food delivery service.
Eternal will now serve as the umbrella for four key businesses – Zomato’s renowned food delivery platform, Blinkit’s quick-commerce operations, District’s live events, and Hyperpure’s kitchen supplies division.
CEO Deepinder Goyal says that the new identity signifies a broader vision and future opportunities.
Now, the corporate website will transition from zomato.com to eternal.com, and the stock ticket will be updated accordingly.
